However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after your first unboxing, you can return it to us for an exchange. Please note that sold products cannot be returned without reason.

Defective Product Exchange: 

ShopPriyojon offers a hassle-free exchange policy for products delivered to you. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible to request an exchange for a new one of the same product.

 

Notification Period: 

To initiate the exchange process, you must notify ShopPriyojon’s customer support support@shoppriyojon.com or WhatApp number +880 – 1795-600515 within twenty four (24) hours from the date of delivery.

 

Product Condition: 

The defective product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. ShopPriyojon reserves the right to reject exchange requests for products that show signs of misuse or damage not related to the initial defect. 

 

Verification Process in terms of Debit Card / Credit Card or Mobile Banking Purchase: 

Upon receiving your exchange request, ShopPriyojon will verify the reported defect. This may involve requesting additional information or evidence of the defect. We strongly recommend you to film the product during unboxing and checking. Thoroughly examine the product for any defects or issues. Make sure your footage must be uncut, clearly visible and not edited. This small step ensures that you receive the quality you expect from ShopPriyojon and help you to exchange the defective product with a good one. Send your footage as our WhatsApp number along with your Order ID and a small description of the issue.

 

Exchange Procedure: 

Once the defect is confirmed, ShopPriyojon will arrange for the exchange of the defective product with a new one of the same model or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability.

 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@shoppriyojon.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and ship your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges if you are willing to exchange with another product, size, color, model, etc. which does not match your purchased product. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

 

Return Shipping Cost: 

ShopPriyojon covers the cost of return shipping for defective products eligible for exchange. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for you to return the item.

 

Refund Option: 

In exceptional cases where the same product is unavailable for exchange or if you prefer not to receive a replacement, ShopPriyojon may offer a refund equivalent to the purchase price paid through Debit Card / Credit Card or Mobile Banking. However, this option is subject to ShopPriyojon’s discretion and may not be available for all cases.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.You may receive the refunds through Mobile Banking also. In this case, Mobile Banking Charge will be deducted from the product price. 

 

Exclusions: 

Please note that this exchange policy applies only to defective or damaged products. Products that are not defective and are returned for reasons other than defects may not be eligible for exchange or refund.
